Level 1 SaaS Technical Support Senior Analyst Major responsibilities for this position include: Providing technical support to customers, field engineers and sales personnel.Responding to customer's inquiries and requests for support via telephone and mail and routing the inbound requests to other Support Engineers when appropriate.Participation on an on-call rotation to address customer and system issues after regular business hours.Promptly respond to the technical support needs of all internal and external customersSuccessfully analyze software, device, and/or network configuration problems and defects in a timely manner.Work closely with other departments as needed, tracking issues to successful resolution.Keep detailed records of events, issues and resolutions in our case tracking system.Create knowledge articles for all issues not already documented to reduce troubleshooting and research time of future callsTake responsibility for knowing when and how to escalate issues to Level 2 Support.Must be willing to ask questions when an issue cannot be resolved in a timely fashionProvide a superior customer experience, driving overall satisfaction by proactively being a customer advocate for all customer impacting issuesWilling to be flexible and work flexible hours when necessary to achieve team or individual goals as well as offering after hours support via phone when neededMust work effectively as part of a teamReport to management new process issues that impact customers. We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Engineer with 5+ year's experience. The individual should have strong technical skills and good interpersonal skills. The engineer should have the technical skill of a developer coupled with solid understanding of Windows internals.
The engineer will design and develop a reusable architecture for the test automation that will be used to test a custom developed .NET application. This architecture will provide reusable functions that improve the robustness, reusability and maintainability of the automation environment to accurately test the desired product.
The engineer will work very closely with the development team to ensure that he or she completely understands the design and development approach as well as product functionality being developed and to be tested.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop and implement complex test automation both at the functional and system level
Design and enhance test framework, test scripts and test harnesses to run automated functional and regression tests
Solid understanding of Windows Internals
Investigate and implement new technologies and techniques around test automation
