Provides leadership to the Quality Management (QM) Department to ensure that the activities of the department will optimize quality patient care and maintain our compliance with regulatory agencies, CHRISTUS HEALTH and Spohn mandates. The QM Director controls the implementation, planning and outcomes of the patient safety committee, nursing quality, CMS -JCAHO-Regulatory mandates, components of the physician Peer review process, infection control and a variety of levels of risk management activities for the Shoreline facility. The QM Director is expected to collaborate and communicate regularly with facility leadership, staff and medical staff members regarding activities and improvement opportunities. The QM Director provides strategic planning, coordination, collaboration, development and implementation of the Quality Management processes. The Quality director must collaborate closely with the Case management department to avoid duplication and silo activities as with all other departments and representatives of Shoreline, and Spohn facilities to provide quality patient outcomes. Successful completion of Capture Management training courses

Knowledge & Skills:

Knowledge of capture management process that entails the development of management and technical approaches, cost volume management, teaming, pricing strategies and competitive assessments.
Ability to help formulate winning technical, management and cost strategies
Ability to lead and manage capture teams to produce a winning proposal within budget and schedule constraints
Ability to work and manage the capture effort

Management Responsibility:

During stand alone bid or task order proposal bid effort, manage assigned Capture Team
Responsibilities as assigned by Capture Manager when serving as Assistant Capture Manager

Special Requirements:

Prior successful capture experience
Extensive knowledge of USG and Commercial Supply & Logistic System
Prior Military experience (desired)

Security Clearance:

Must have or be able to obtain a security clearance to the Secret level.

Develops and supports all necessary applications to support Service Line and Comprehensive Strategic Alliance (CSA) business initiatives. Develops and supports US Oncology’s web presence (intranet, internet and extranet communications) Functions as the System Architecture lead to analyze system needs and recommend improvements, modifications and re-engineering.  Develops business plans and cost projections for technology solutions and provides alternative methods to accomplish goals based on resources. Oversees the work of Application Development staff. Working with Siebel CRM/Analytics

Inside Sales Position Summary
The Inside Sales Representative works cooperatively with other members of the sales and distribution team to grow existing customer’s, creates new customers and meet or exceed monthly sales quotas at the appropriate gross margin while increasing customer satisfaction.
 

Inside Sales Essential Duties & Repsonsibilities

Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely manner
Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions
Recommend alternative products based on cost, availability or specifications
Present price, credit and terms in accordance with standard procedures and customers’ profitability profiles
Accurately process customer transactions such as orders, quotes or returns
Provide accurate information regarding availability of in-stock items
Obtain accurate information relating to shipment dates and expected dates of delivery
Proactively recommend items  needed by the customer to increase customers satisfaction and improve transaction profitability
Increase sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales and offering promotional sale items
Educate customers about, and benefits of products to improve product-related sales and customer satisfaction
Monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed
Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints
Remain current on consumer preferences, changes in local codes and product developments by attending sales meetings, vendor training, reading trade journals, or attending trade shows
Setup and maintain customer files
Identify trends in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction
Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the distribution team
Communicate to the purchasing department unexpected increases or decreases in demand for products
Maintain proficiency in using personal computer, data entry terminal and other common office equipment and software
